Description

Forestry & Land Scotland (THE PURCHASER) undertakes ground preparation on Scotland’s National Forest and Land (SNFL) to establish new tree crops, maintaining the volume of timber brought to market and enabling woodland creation.
The aim of this contract is to provide ground preparation and mechanised establishment and tending services to a high quality, in a safe, sustainable and cost effective manner.

GROUND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Amesbury Town Council wishes to appoint a Grounds' Maintenance Contractor on a 3-year contract covering Grass Cutting, Line Marking of Sports Pitches, Low Lying Tree Maintenance and Hedge and Shrub Maintenance. The deadline for submissions for this tender is 2nd January 2025. The contract will commence 1st April 2025. Whilst maps and detailed information is provided within the ITT, site visits must be conducted in order to fully understand the extent of the contract requirements. Visits can be arranged via the Operations' Manager. Shire Housing Association - Landscape Maintenance Works 2025-2028

The works will comprise the upkeep and regular maintenance of communal open and restricted areas of hard and soft landscaping and the upkeep of tenants’ gardens. Ad-hoc repair works will also be included to both hard and soft landscaping throughout the duration of the contract as instructed by the Association which will include, for example, replacement planting of shrubs and trees and renewal of slabbing and fencing, etc.
