Corserv Solutions Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take Responsive Repair Works as per the attached NHF Schedule of Rates descriptions and prelims.\r

 This will be carried out under a JCT minor works contract.\r
\r
The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.\r

National Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Void works (Regions)

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids.
