Description

To under take a review of NLB's operations and assess the potential regarding the potential for any AtoN works to result in likely impacts to designated sites which are protected under the Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c.) Regulations 1994 (as amended 2019; the "Habitats Regulations"), EU Habitats Directive the EU Birds Directive, Marine (Scotland) Act 2010, and/or the Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004 (the "2004 Act").
      
      To produce a guidance document to allow NLB to undertake appropriate assessment of 3rd party AtoN submissions.

Professional Consultancy Services DPS

The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will provide a database of Approved suppliers considered capable of carrying out professional consultancy services to a satisfactory standard. The nature and types of services that may be required may include, but are not limited to, those services identified by the CPV code and summarised in section II.2. The specific services cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however the nature and types of services that may be required may include, but are not limited to, buildings and civils professional consultancy services. Natural Resources Dynamic Purchasing System (Applications 2023 to 2027)

The client requires a compliant DPS Framework to deliver a wide variety of environmental services and engage with suppliers in an evolving sector. To support the priorities the most suitable solution is the creation of the Natural Resources Dynamic Purchasing System. The DPS will be accessible for 4 years with supplier applications being accepted from September 2023 onwards via this eTender and Call-Off Competitions beginning Autumn 2023. Tranche one of applications closed on the 18th October and this notice provides details of the eTenderWales ITT for all applications between October 2023 to October 2027. This notice is for applications for a position on the DPS only. Details of the call-off competitions will be provided to the successful applicants as they arise.
