TfGM undertook a competition under the Crown Commercial Service Technology Products and Associated Services 2 Framework Agreement (Lot 23.This was available for all suppliers on the relevant framework Lot, via TfGM's e-tendering portal ProContract.

The contract provides a single supplier to provide support to TfGM for its Cisco products and to provide licences for the Cisco equipment as required. This is a call-off contract with an estimated spend.
