Transport UK Holdings Limited (TUK) have undertaken a group procurement exercise to explore the benefits of aggregating it's mains metered electricity and natural gas volumes for Transport UK East Anglia Limited, Transport UK East Midlands Limited and West Midlands Trains Limited (TOCs).
TUK have not directly entered into supply contracts and the legal entities for the resultant contract(s) awarded are the following TUK owned TOCs:
1. Transport UK East Anglia Limited
2. Transport UK East Midlands Limited
3. West Midlands Trains Limited
The Contract durations are all for a period of 12-months commencing 1st April 2024.

GLA 82615 RE:FIT 5 - National Carbon and Energy Performance Contracting Framework

This procurement is being conducted under the open procedure pursuant to regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations as amended (PCR 2015). The Greater London Authority (GLA) is seeking to appoint service providers for the provision of RE:FIT 5 Framework. This framework covers the delivery of energy efficiency services, including: o Project Development, o Design, Construction, o Operations, o Maintenance o Financing of related projects. These services will be delivered across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Service providers will be required to develop costed proposals to decarbonise, generate energy, and/or improve energy efficiency in the contracting authority's buildings and land assets. They will also be responsible for implementing these proposals, ensuring performance guarantees and guarantee a set level of savings and/or performance over a period of the arrangement. GLA reserve the right to modify the framework scope to include similar services related to decarbonising, energy efficiency improvement, renewable energy generation, greenhouse gas emissions reduction and wider performance improvements including changes focused on water consumption in line with relevant policies. Please note: Bidders are invited to attend a Bidder's briefing on 6 March 2025. The purpose of this event is to allow GLA/TfL to describe the key aspects of the procurement process and the scope. Local EV Infrastructure (LEVI)

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and the London Borough of Sutton have been collectively awarded Local EV Infrastructure (LEVI) capital funding of £886,000 to fund on-street charge point delivery across both boroughs. The objectives of LEVI capital funding are to: Deliver a step-change in the deployment of local, primarily low power, on-street charging infrastructure across England Accelerate the commercialisation of, and investment in, the local charging infrastructure sector LEVI capital funding is provided by the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) and is administered through a staged approval process managed by the Energy Savings Trust (EST) and further supported through the “LEVI Support Body” - EST, PA Consulting and Cenex. Upon approval of the project, the authorities will be looking to procure charge point operator(s) to install, maintain, operate and supply on-street charge point infrastructure under Concession contract(s) for a period of 15 years in line with the objectives of the LEVI funding. It is expected that charge point operators will be able to provide investment in addition to the LEVI capital funding amount. Lots provided will consist of: Lot 1 - lamp column charging points Lot 2 - fast and rapid charge points (combined) The service will be provided through a concession contract with a term of 15 years.
