Description

National Museums Liverpool is seeking to appoint an experienced and creative contractor team to undertake refurbishment and reconfiguration of one of our buildings, The Pilotage Building, in order to create a new food and beverage kiosk open to the public on Liverpool's historic Waterfront. The works will address necessary repairs and upgrade of the buildings in line with stated British Standards to ensure a smooth operational opening in Early June 2024.
      
      The refurbishment and reconfiguration will cover the Pilotage building a striking building located on the historic quayside, adjacent to the Museum of Liverpool. 
      
      The successful outcome of the commission will be a delivery of a new food and beverage kiosk helping NML realize its core financial sustainability objectives, ensuring a managed and sensitive approach to delivery within the busy waterfront environment.  It is NML's intention to commence the construction phase and complete the projects by June 2024.

Property Refurbishments to 71 Albion Street BB11 4QD and 31 Piccadilly Road BB11 4AF

Burnley Borough Council (the Contracting Authority) are inviting Tenders from organisations (Bidders) that have the resources, capabilities and capacity to undertake full house refurbishment works, to 71 Albion Street and 31 Piccadilly Road. However the successful Bidder will be required to demonstrate and apply flexibility as some of this work may be weather dependent and actual dates will be agreed between the Council and the Bidder. The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a JCT Minor Works contract with the Council. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) document and its appendices set out the scope and nature of the required works, the procurement arrangements and conditions.
