Associated British Ports (ABP) require specialist technical resources and consultancy to provide guidance to, and support the delivery of IT projects. The supplier services shall include, but are not limited to, solution Architecture, Business analyst and Project Management. Resources must be available to attend an ABP site when required. The consultancy firm must possess expertise in a diverse range of IT domains, including but not limited to software development, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. The consultants provided should have proven experience in analysing clients' business processes and aligning technology solutions to meet strategic objectives. The ability to conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver clear, actionable recommendations is paramount. The consultancy team should demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies, ensuring efficient resource allocation, timely delivery, and adherence to budget constraints. Furthermore, a robust understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends is essential to provide forward-thinking solutions. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Data security and compliance expertise must be ingrained in their approach, considering the increasing importance of safeguarding sensitive information.
