This notice is for a 5 year agreement for DVSA copyright licencing -
The cost has been estimated to cover the 5 year spend and can vary depending on headcount figures but it is anticipated that the spend will be £132,105 over the 5 year contract period.
There is an option for the Buyer to terminate the contract after 3 years if necessary which is set out in the contract.
