Description

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) employs approximately 5000 staff made up of community nurses, physiotherapists, dieticians, podiatrists, dental staff, sexual health and many other health care professionals and corporate services. 

KCHFT is one of the largest community health providers in England, serving a population of 1.4 million people across Kent, East Sussex and parts of London Boroughs in settings such as schools, people's homes, community clinics and community hospitals. 

As part of the external and CDS contract KCHFT Dental hold in London, KCHFT have to deliver on 2 intervention programmes:

•	A supervised toothbrushing programme in SEN schools across all 7 boroughs in London
•	Brushing for Life scheme aimed at early years children in all 7 boroughs in London

KCHFT are looking for a supplier to provide Brushing for Life Packs for ages 0-3 and Brushing for Life Packs for ages 3+, Brush Racks, Tooth Brushes for children.

Please note this is a 12 month contract with the option to extend by a further 12 months.

Purpose This specification outlines the requirements for the procurement and distribution of high-quality, age-appropriate oral health supplies to support supervised toothbrushing programmes in early years settings, schools and for donations to foodbanks and other organisations for oral health improvement initiatives.
