Description

London and Quadrant Housing Trust and its subsidiary Quadrant Construction Services are one of the largest providers of affordable housing in the UK, housing over 250,000 people in more than 105,000 homes, primarily across London and the South East of England. London and Quadrant Housing Trust are tendering for the provision of works for Passivehaus Build Scheme London to comply with the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR2015 regulations). The objective of this tender process is to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) with the tenderers and London and Quadrant Housing Trust. This tender process is being carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 34 of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 relating to the procurement of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the purchase of services.

CPU 7272 - Wollaton Hall MEND Repair Programme - Conservation Build phase 2

The Authority want to appoint a Main Contractor to deliver the repair work and act as Principle Contractor (or provide this service within their fee). Following a start up meeting in December 2024 the project will commence in January 2025 and be completed by June 2025. This tender package is for phase 2 only and includes masonry and rainwater goods repair/replacement to the west elevation of Wollaton Hall, making good areas from phase 1 repair works [re-pointing and decorating the Tudor Kitchens], improve drainage on the North Terrace, enabling access for restoration to the Thornhill fresco on the South Stairwell ceiling. The programme of repairs covers a twenty-week period commencing on 20th January 2025 with practical completion on 6th June 2025.
