This is a Contract Award Notice.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require the services of an Payroll & Pension Services Provider to provide a managed payroll & pension administration-related Services for its staff.

This procurement was undertaken through the NHS Countess of Chester Foundation Trust's Commercial Procurement Service - F022 Payroll and Pension Services Framework, following a Direct Award process

The Contract is awarded for an initial period of 24 months with an option to extend for up to 24 months. 

Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions.
