London and Quadrant require a customer-focused Void Property Gas and Electric Meter Management Service that will deliver an efficient and responsive service that includes the provision of all associated void property gas and electrical meter management services as detailed within the specification, but which also utilises innovative mechanisms to exceed these requirements in terms of performance, utilisation, and efficiency.The contract is for 36 months with the optional extensions of 12 months + 12 months
