Description

The Authorities are seeking to contract with one Service Provider who will deliver Home Improvement Agency Services and Handy Person Services on behalf of the Authorities to the residents in the Boroughs/Districts of Tandridge, Reigate & Banstead and Mole Valley. 
      
      Additionally, as the only stock holding authority, Tandridge Council will require the Service Provider to undertake the delivery of major and minor adaptions in the Council's own homes.
      
      The Service Provider will be required to enter into a separate contract with each of the three authorities individually, although service provision is to be provided jointly to all three authorities.

Hastings Borough Council (HBC, the Council) have successfully bid to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) to provide 25 accommodation placements with support through the Single Homelessness Accommodation Programme (SHAP).
