Description

The Framework will provide access to a comprehensive range of School and Academies Furniture and 
Associated Supplies and Services. It is being established to meet the needs of Crescent Purchasing Consortium 
Members, http://www.thecpc.ac.uk/members/regions.php and is also open for use by all contracting authorities 
across the public sector throughout the UK (and any future successors to these organisations). These include 
(but not limited to) central government departments and agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS 
bodies,Local Authorities, Police Authorities, Emergency Services, Educational Establishments, Hospices, 
Registered Charities, National Parks and Registered Social Landlords. .Full details of the classification of

The Framework will be let across eight Lots. There will be a maximum of 5 suppliers awarded a place on each 
Lot.

This document describes how the Procurement will be conducted, including details of the associated Procurement timetable, award criteria and how to respond to this opportunity. Suppliers are strongly encouraged to read this document before preparing their submission. The initial term will be for 3 (three) years, with the option for 3(three) 1(one) year extensions. The contract will be based on minimum acceptable performance (map) being met by the tenderer as identified via key performance indicators. The total contract term will not exceed 6(six) years (3 + 1 + 1 + 1). The Contract is intending to commence on 1st April 2026 or as otherwise agreed between the parties.
