This framework will operate in conjunction with the Procure Plus Framework for the Installation of Low and Zero Carbon Technologies to provide Procure Plus customers with a cost effective and efficient model within which to procure the works and goods they require to complete low and zero carbon technology installations. Procure Plus reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with all or part of the Framework. Procure Plus will not, under any circumstances, reimburse any expense incurred by bidders in preparing their tender submissions or in participating in this procurement process.
