Description

Procurement for Housing (PfH) Scotland is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark.
PfH Scotland is a contracting authority under Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (“PCSR 2015”) and a central purchasing body under regulation 38 PCSR 2015.
PfH Scotland has appointed suitably qualified and experienced organisations under a multi-lot Framework Agreement to provide public bodies with the opportunity to purchase Responsive repairs and void property services.
Procurement for Housing has established a Framework Agreement for Responsive Repairs and Void Property Services.
The framework has been split into five (5) lots:
1. Responsive Repairs and Void Property Refurbishment
2. Void Property Refurbishment
3. Responsive Repairs
4. Void Property Cleaning and Clearing Services
5. Void Property Security Services

Urgent Repair and Jobbing Contracts 2025-2029

The contracts are for urgent repairs and jobbing works to Angus Council properties (excluding council housing). The contracts cover a range of trades with individual orders for works which are of an urgent repair, minor alteration or maintenance in nature being placed with the appropriate appointed contractors. The contracts will run from the 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2029. Contractors will be appointed on a trade and area basis and where possible standby contractor(s) will be put in place. The maximum value of any one order is restricted to GBP 50 000. My Place are required to ensure the security of these properties should a break in occur, or if the property becomes void, or if the property is intended to be demolished. Therefore, it is vital to ensure, that if for any reason a property requires security features to be added to it, it can be done so in a timely manner.
