Description

Procurement for Housing (PfH) Scotland is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark.
PfH Scotland is a contracting authority under Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (“PCSR 2015”) and a central purchasing body under regulation 38 PCSR 2015.
PfH Scotland has appointed suitably qualified and experienced organisations under a multi-lot Framework Agreement to provide public bodies with the opportunity to purchase Responsive repairs and void property services.
Procurement for Housing has established a Framework Agreement for Responsive Repairs and Void Property Services.
The framework has been split into five (5) lots:
1. Responsive Repairs and Void Property Refurbishment
2. Void Property Refurbishment
3. Responsive Repairs
4. Void Property Cleaning and Clearing Services
5. Void Property Security Services

National Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Void works (Regions)

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Further details and specifications are included within the tender documents. Lots Lot 1 – Scotland and the Northeast Lot 2 – North Lot 3 – Midlands Lot 4 – South East One bidder will be appointed for each lot, providing high quality and value for money. THE PROVISION OF HV/LV ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADE

HSE have a requirement to increase the available electrical capacity on their western test sites, namely Turncliffe and Diamond Hill areas. HSE have previously invested in increasing the High Voltage (HV) supplies to these areas, to facilitate an increase in the available Low Voltage (LV) capacity. The types of testing carried out in these areas has changed in recent years, with a focus on EV Batteries and Hydrogen as a fuel for vehicles and for energy.
