Description

The Employer (MHA) has appointed Consultant to undertake Stock Conditioning Surveys on approximately 808 properties owned/managed by employer comprising a wide range of house types and all within the Bradford district with a BD postcode .

The contract period is from 15th February 2024 to 31st July 2024

This Contract is awarded via mini competition from Lot 5A Building Surveying service of EN: Procure Consultancy services (Yorkshire and Humber) dated 03rd August 2020(OJEU reference 406077-2020)

Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
