Description

YPO are looking for suppliers to be appointed onto a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the provision of training solutions for the emergency services and wider public sector. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements and any of YPO’s wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies. The end customer will place the order/s with the provider and the provider will deliver direct to the end customer.

GMCA 1386 - Greater Manchester Housing First and Rough Sleepers Accommodation Programme

In 2019 the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) commissioned programme of three pilots with Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Liverpool City Region and West Midlands Combined to pilot the large-scale delivery of Housing First in England. The service is for people who have multiple and complex needs who have experienced long term recurrent periods of homelessness and exclusion from services leading to them having difficulties in finding and sustaining suitable accommodation. The pilot has now been delivered for 6 years supporting 568 people to date across the 10 Greater Manchester Local Authorities. GMCA were successful in competitive bidding processes to secure Rough Sleeper Accommodation Programme (RSAP) properties across Greater Manchester, there will be a maximum of 58 properties in this contract. This tender is to procure a Housing First and RSAP services for a further 12 months (with option to extend for a further 3x12 months) to continue to support those individuals on the programmes including housing those that are yet to secure a permanent offer of accommodation. About IELTS: IELTS is a high stakes English Language test which is accepted by more than 12000 organisations worldwide. IELTS is trusted because of its reliable content and secure delivery. Tests are subject to clear rules and requirements around the quality of the test environment, the security of the test and the actions of test day staff. The test consists of a 3-hour written test taken on computer and a 15-minute speaking exam, delivered via the internet. Tests usually start at 9am or 1pm and can be scheduled for any day of the week, although some days, especially Saturdays are more popular. What is a PTP: As a Partner Testing Point, you would be responsible for delivering scheduled IELTS tests at times and on dates agreed with British Council. To do this, you will need to supply: o a computer testing room, o at least one room set up for online speaking tests, o secure storage for test materials and candidate belongings. o a waiting area, o appropriate staff to manage the test preparation and delivery. These staff will need to pass training and monitoring standards set by British Council IELTS. British Council manages test scheduling, candidate registration, payment, and certification. British Council pays a fixed rate per candidate for every IELTS test scheduled at your location. THE CURRENT PTP OPPORTUNITY ONLY APPLIED FOR INDONESIA.
