T2568 PEACEPLUS Health and Wellbeing Project

The contract is to develop and deliver a transformational place-based health and well-being programme for those who have suffered and continue to suffer trauma as a result of the conflict in a number of data informed, evidence-based target areas across Belfast focusing on both prevention and support - a hyper local intervention approach. This project contributes to the implementation of the Thriving and Peaceful Communities theme under the Belfast PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan.
