This notice is not a call for competition, its a contract award notice to inform the market of the Councils decision of award of framework
Caerphilly County Borough Council (the Authority)  has established a framework arrangement deliver Multiply via the UK Shared Property Fund (UKSPF).
The Authority developed a framework agreement set out as per the following lotting strategy:-
Lot 1 – Essential Skills Numeracy Provision
Lot 2 – Essential Skills Numeracy Provision through the medium of Welsh
Lot 3 – GCSE Math
Lot 4 – GCSE Math through the medium of Welsh
Lot 5 – Online numeracy Provision Bilingual (English/Welsh)
The total spend advertised in this contract notice is to be spent via in house and external provision via this framework.  There can be no guarantee to the number of call offs/spend under this framework. The intension is that this framework shall support the Authority to deliver multiply.
The framework period was from 16 October 2023 – 31 March 2025, with the option to extend up to a further period of two (2) years depending on any further funding that maybe available.  The framework shall be reviewed on an annual basis and in line with any further allocated funding available.

A Cumbria Connect to Work (CtW) Programme is being procured to cover the Cumberland Council and Westmorland and Furness Council areas. Defence Medical Services (DMS) Service Provider- Delivery of the Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker English Apprenticeship (ST0217)

The Ministry of Defence / Army announce an upcoming contracting opportunity, for a six year contract commencing 1st Aug 26, to support and supplement the delivery of the Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker English Apprenticeship (ST0217) to the Defence Medical Services (Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force) Medics and Health Care Assistants. This is a two-year apprenticeship with the majority of training delivered by the tri-Services acting as an Apprenticeship Employer-Provider with a tri-Service initial military ‘foundation medic’ programme delivered to all apprentices at the Defence Medical Academy, Lichfield, followed by completion of the apprenticeship at military units UK wide. There is a requirement for an APAR registered Provider to supplement the military training delivery of the apprenticeship, provide Functional Skills training where required, support Apprentices (for example by conducting progress reviews and EPA preparation), create and manage DfE compliant learner records. Full definition of the requirement will be in the Uk4 Tender notice. A Bidders Briefing session is planned to be held at the Defence Medical Academy (Litchfield) on the 11 Sep 2025 with details on how to secure a place provided in the Tender Notice.
