Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority has put in place a Pan Public Sector Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Healthcare Soft FM Services to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations. 
The lotting structure of this framework covers a variety of Soft FM and Hotel Services typically bought by the NHS including: Waste, Catering, Linen & Laundry, Cleaning, Security, Reception Services, Portering and Grounds Maintenance.

The Authority seeks suitably qualified suppliers to tender for a Facilities Management Services provision. The overarching aim of the Service is to manage, co-ordinate and deliver a consistent, timely and high-quality soft facilities management service for the Authority and its patients and will consist of the following service lines: General Management Helpdesk Management / Reception Services Patient Catering Healthcare Cleaning and Pest Control Portering and Postal Services Security (Manned Guarding) The Authority is looking to appoint a single Preferred Supplier to manage all aspects of the Service. As such, a Lotting Strategy is deemed inappropriate as it risks creation of unnecessary fragmentation and complexity. Accordingly, the service will be offered as a single contract awarded to a single Preferred Supplier. The aggregate value of the contract (including extensions) as advertised in the Contracts Finder and Find a Tender Service (FTS) for the full 10 years of provision (7 core years plus 3 options years) is £346,146,770 British Pound Sterling. The contract to be entered into by the Authority and the Preferred Supplier for the procurement will be based on the NHS Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services. The core contract term is from 01st October 2025 - 30th September 2032, with the option to extend for a maximum of 36 months. ID 5449059 - Invest NI - Graduate to Export Development programme

Invest NI’s Graduate to Export Development Programme (G2E Programme) launched in February 2019, and targets SMEs in Northern Ireland to help expand their business internationally with the assistance of a supported graduate.  As part of the programme, participating companies will develop their international business capabilities, gained from having a dedicated market research resource and on completion of the graduate intervention, they will have an export development / market entry plan for their chosen market.  The Programme, in turn, will provide graduates with a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and business skills in international business development in addition to obtain academic qualifications.   Invest NI is seeking to engage a Contractor for the development, delivery, and management of future G2E cohorts with an anticipated launch date of March/April 2025.  The Contractor shall design and deliver a Post Graduate Diploma for participating graduates which will have a commercial focus and a meaningful accreditation focusing on global best practice in international business development.    The Contractor shall also work with the participating companies to assist them develop / refine their market research projects and oversee their execution by the programme graduates.  The completion of these projects by the graduates should be a prerequisite of academic accreditation.  The G2E Programme will comprise of up to 3 cohorts of 201 graduates per cohort all of whom are employed by Invest NI client companies (primarily SME’s).  It is anticipated that the contract will be for an initial period of 5 years with each cohort lasting 18 months. Invest NI reserve the option to extend the contract for a further period of 12 months. Each cohort is subject to budgetary approval and to satisfactory Contractor performance.
