About HMRC:
HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) is the UK's tax and customs authority. We collect taxes, administer benefits, help people with Tax-Free Childcare, enforce the National Minimum Wage and work at the heart of the UK's border systems.

Its ability to collect and distribute funds, underpins the delivery of the UK's public services and the targeted support to families and individuals swiftly and accurately. 

HMRC's services are part of the UK's critical national infrastructure. It has a workforce of approximately 67,000 FTEs, ranging from customer service advisors to data analysts.

About this Contract:
This contract was awarded as part of a Further Competition under Lot 1 (Total Security) of CCS Framework RM6257 Security - Physical, Technical and Support Services.

This contract is for the national provision of Total Security Services to the HMRC Estate across the United Kingdom. It facilitates the provision of a number of security 'work packages' to HMRC including:
Guarding Services,
Physical and Technical Security Services,
Maintenance of Physical and Technical Security Systems,
Alarmed Response Centre,
Security Helpdesk Services,
Security Consultancy Services,
Risk Assessments,
Security Assessment, Threat Analysis & Intelligence,
Security Awareness/Training.
