Its ability to collect and distribute funds, underpins the delivery of the UK's public services and the targeted support to families and individuals swiftly and accurately. HMRC's services are part of the UK's critical national infrastructure. It has a workforce of approximately 67,000 FTEs, ranging from customer service advisors to data analysts. HMRC has five strategic objectives that guide everything it does: • Collect the right tax and pay out the right financial support. • Make it easy to get tax right and hard to bend or break the rules. • Treat everyone fairly and protect society from harm. • Make HMRC a great place to work. • Support wider government economic aims through a resilient, agile tax administration system. About this Contract: This contract was awarded as part of a Further Competition under Lot 1 (Total Security) of CCS Framework RM6257 Security - Physical, Technical and Support Services. This contract is for the national provision of Total Security Services to the HMRC Estate across the United Kingdom. It facilitates the provision of a number of security 'work packages' to HMRC including: Guarding Services, Physical and Technical Security Services, Maintenance of Physical and Technical Security Systems, Alarmed Response Centre, Security Helpdesk Services, Security Consultancy Services, Risk Assessments, Security Assessment, Threat Analysis & Intelligence, Security Awareness/Training.
