Description

The Client wishes to appoint a framework of Contractors to Provide advice, analysis and guidance to Invest NI (including its overseas offices), potential foreign direct investors, and DfE on the benefits (or otherwise) of Northern Ireland’s Dual Market Access proposition brought about through the Northern Ireland Protocol and Windsor Framework. There are two separate Lots with a maximum of 3 Contractors to be appointed per Lot: 1. Advice, Analysis and Guidance on the Movement of Goods To and From Northern Ireland 2. Advice and Guidance on the Movement of People It is intended that the contracts will commence upon contract award (expected to be March 2024).

InterTradeIreland is the All-Island Trade and Business Development Body, one of six North South Implementation Bodies established under the Good Friday Agreement. In this capacity it acts as the All-island Economic Development Agency. The workshops will create valuable networking opportunities, enabling participants to connect with peers and build professional relationships and networks along with 1 to 1 mentoring that will enable SMEs to strategically analyse their operations and determine how they can make the necessary improvements to increase their ability to access large company supply chains. This contract is a new requirement that has not been tendered previously and is to commence on the 1st March 2026.

The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) requires consultancy services to review National Highways' culture, approach, and processes for promoting, incentivising, and embedding innovation.
