Provision of Responsive Repairs and Voids and Associated Works

The purpose of the project was to undertake a compliant procurement exercise to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake responsive repairs and voids works across Citizens stock portfolio in Coventry, Birmingham and Worcester.
Following the decision by Citizen to engage with Procurement for Housing (PfH), PfH worked closely with the project team to design and undertake a compliant procurement process via PfH's Responsive Repairs and Voids DPS, under Lot 1 Whole House.

National Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Void works (Regions)

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Lots Lot 1 – Scotland and the Northeast Lot 2 – North Lot 3 – Midlands Lot 4 – South East One bidder will be appointed for each lot, providing high quality and value for money. Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026. Full details of the expected completion date of the works will be provided during pre-start meetings that will take place after the contract award and are subject to the expected construction programme critical path.
