Description

This Contract Award Notice (CAN) is to reaffirm the establishment of an Energy procurement services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) that went live on 1 April 2020 and runs until 31 March 2030. The contracting authority for this tender is Gwynedd Council. The tender process and resulting DPS agreement including all contracts issued as part of further competitions under the DPS are managed by eEnergy Management Ltd. The DPS is available for use by all contracting authorities within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland as defined by Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 #102, including, but not limited to the contracting authorities contained in the supporting information document titled Appendix 1 – List of Defined Groups of Contracting Authorities.

This procurement is being conducted under the open procedure pursuant to regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations as amended (PCR 2015). The Greater London Authority (GLA) is seeking to appoint service providers for the provision of RE:FIT 5 Framework. This framework covers the delivery of energy efficiency services, including: o Project Development, o Design, Construction, o Operations, o Maintenance o Financing of related projects. Service providers will be required to develop costed proposals to decarbonise, generate energy, and/or improve energy efficiency in the contracting authority's buildings and land assets. They will also be responsible for implementing these proposals, ensuring performance guarantees and guarantee a set level of savings and/or performance over a period of the arrangement. GLA reserve the right to modify the framework scope to include similar services related to decarbonising, energy efficiency improvement, renewable energy generation, greenhouse gas emissions reduction and wider performance improvements including changes focused on water consumption in line with relevant policies. Please note: Bidders are invited to attend a Bidder's briefing on 6 March 2025. The purpose of this event is to allow GLA/TfL to describe the key aspects of the procurement process and the scope. Brokerage Service & Utility Supply: 1 Year (fixed) Supply within a 3 Year Brokerage Agreement.

Trident Housing Association is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced utility broker for a contract duration of three (3) years. The appointed broker will be responsible for sourcing and securing an initial one (1) year fixed supply of electricity or gas for over 200 residential properties managed by Trident Housing Group, and look to advise and secure on the supply beyond the initial year.
