Contract has been awarded against CCS RM6179 via Direct Award procedure to provide legal support for the Financial Penalties Regime for the Register of Overseas Entities. The contract will need to provide legal support for representation in high court for challenges to ROE penalties as well as legal services to obtain a charge for the penalty and provide legal support should the request be brought into court for review.

Legal Services Panel Framework 2025

CDC are looking to appoint a panel of advisors onto a framework agreement for the provision of legal services. The framework is designed to meet the needs of CDC. CDC has also permitted South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) to access the framework in which case SYMCA will place an order directly with the advisor. There is an option to extend the Framework by a further 12 months at the sole discretion of the Council, giving a possible contract end date of 10th February 2029.
