This includes a pricing document, form of tender, drawings, specification, preliminaries, contract data and appendices.\r

required to submit a fully priced copy of the Pricing Document for this Tender, having fully considered all of the information contained within the Tender Documents.\r

The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.\r

Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026. Full details of the expected completion date of the works will be provided during pre-start meetings that will take place after the contract award and are subject to the expected construction programme critical path.
