Description

Lewisham council is seeking a suitability qualified provider to deliver supported accommodation for single adults with complex mental health needs. The service will sit within the London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) mental health supported housing Pathway. The Pathway offers a range of supported accommodation for adults with persistent mental health needs aimed at promoting recovery and increased independence. The Pathway fits within the wider health and social care system in Lewisham, working closely with the NHS (e.g. the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust [SLaM]) and the South East London ICB provision. \r

Additional information: 
It is expected that the successful tenderer will begin provision of the service on 01/04/2024.  This Contract is for an initial period of three years, with the possibility of a further two years extension.

The budget available for the delivery of this contract is set at £529,000 per annum, equating
to £1,587,000 over the 3 year term, and £2,645,000 if the contract is extended for a further
2 years

Nottinghamshire County Council wish to appoint Providers under a ‘Framework Agreement’ to deliver Care, Support and Enablement (CSE) services across Nottinghamshire County. From time to time the Framework Agreement may also be used to commission CSE services outside of Nottinghamshire County boundaries. The Framework Agreement will have an initial term of four years and options to extend for up to a further 24 months. All Providers under this Framework Agreement must have: • a minimum of three years of recent organisational and/or management experience in the delivery of care, support and enablement services for people with disabilities and/or complex needs. • a commercial office location within the Nottinghamshire boundary, or within a fifteen-mile radius of the Nottinghamshire boundary. In addition to the above, Providers bidding for services under lots 1, 2 and 3 of this Framework Agreement must have: • a current registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the delivery of the regulated activity of personal care. Registration with CQC is not a requirement for Providers solely bidding for lot 4. Providers should note that a further opportunity / opportunities to bid for any, or all lots of this Framework Agreement may be advertised in the future. No date/s have been set for any such process. Any bidder who is unsuccessful in this tender may bid again in any future tender for admission to the Framework Agreement.

Temporary Accommodation & Associated Services Flexible Purchasing System

The City of Edinburgh Council is re-opening its flexible purchasing system for temporary accommodation to invite new suppliers to provide services. This is a long-term opportunity with the aim to further increase Edinburgh’s capacity for temporary accommodation. The Council require accommodation and associated services which are tailored to resident’s needs, can adapt by flexing capacity whilst having a focus on value for money and allows continued change and improvement. This re-opening of the purchasing system will apply to the following within Category 1 - Temporary Accommodation with Access to Visiting Support. Category 1a - Private Rented Accommodation, Category 1b - Home Share, Category 1c - Shared House. Any providers with potential capacity should email [email protected] or [email protected] to express interest ahead of completing your tender submission. Please note, providers will not be required to have a property currently available to engage with the opportunity. The Council will be using the PCS-Tender online portal to run and manage the opportunity, and as such strongly encourage interested potential providers to attend training on the operation of the purchasing system and PCS-T.
