Description

The Council invites quotations for the provision of CISCO Catalyst hardware and support services (inclusive of Wi-Fi Access Point, ceiling mount brackets and rails). We are looking for a reseller of CISCO Catalyst hardware that can fulfil the following requirements:

•	105 X Catalyst 9164I AP (W6E, tri-band 4x4) w/Meraki.

•	105 X Meraki MR Enterprise License for 5 years.

•	Buyback option. The Council will prefer the inclusion of an optional buyback for existing kits under the CISCO Environmental Sustainability. 

•	The existing AP's are mostly AIR-CAP2602I-E-K9 with a few AIR-AP2802I-E-K9.

•	Warranty Returns: The supplier must provide a method for returns of faulty equipment during the lifetime of the product warranty. Kit to be delivered by early February 2024.

The Council expect bidders to use the Volume 3 Response CISCO Catalyst document to outline the Buy Back option for the existing kits.
