Description

Buckinghamshire Council is looking to procure a Debt and Money Advice Service that will provide the following: 

Debt advice  

Welfare benefits and advice service  

Money management and budgeting 

Preventative services that stop residents getting into debt 

Agreed routes for signposting to mental health services and/or specialist mental health organisations 

The successful provider of this contract will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality specialist debt and money advice service in Buckinghamshire, that is responsive and flexible to meet the diverse needs of our residents. 

The contract term is 5 + 2 years. The anticipated service start date is 01/08/2024.

Delivering Decarbonisation on TfL's Operational Building Estate

This PIN is issued by Transport for London (TfL), with an accompanying Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) that can be found by following the instructions in section II.2.14. The exercise seeks to obtain market feedback in relation to the design and implementation of decarbonisation measures at TfL operational buildings through TfL's Building Decarbonisation programme. The objective of TfL's Building Decarbonisation programme is to replace fossil fuel heating assets with low carbon alternatives and deliver measures to improve the energy efficiency of buildings across TfL's operational estate. Findings from feedback received will inform activities underway to define the pipeline, packaging, and timescales for delivery, in seeking to reduce the carbon footprint of TfL operational buildings to a point as low as reasonably practicable. TfL is keen to discuss this topic in further detail and may subsequently conduct engagement sessions (which may take the form of 1-2-1s or workshops) with a selection of respondents. London and Quadrant Housing Trust is setting up a Dynamic Purchasing System for Financial Advisory Service ('the DPS') for itself and other housing associations or public sector entities advertised ('Authorised Users'). The DPS will be divided into three(3) lots which cover particular categories. These lots are: Lot 1 IMR Financial Assessments; Lot 2 LLR & RtB Financial Assessments (first lets); Lot 3 LLR & RtB Financial Assessments (re-lets). L and Q will select suppliers in accordance with the DPS Rules from the pool of admitted participants to the DPS ('Potential Suppliers') upon passing the Selection Questionnaire(SQ). L and Q may publish a Request for Supply ('RfS') to Potential Suppliers under this DPS, and select a Supplier in accordance with the DPS Rules, to fulfil its Requirements based on Potential Suppliers' Tender responses to the RfS.
