Term Extension of the National Highways Social Enterprise Dynamic Purchasing System (SEDPS)

National Highways is inviting organisations to apply to the Social Enterprise Dynamic Purchasing System (SEDPS) to provide Goods and/or Services to National Highways, our Supply Chain and other Government departments across England. The SEDPS is available to organisations with primarily social objectives whose surpluses are principally reinvested for that purpose in the business or in the community, rather than being driven by the need to maximise profit for shareholders and owners. The SEDPS is also open for use by any organisations that directly (i.e. any organisation who has a live contract directly with National Highways) and indirectly (i.e. any organisations who has a live contract with a direct supplier of National Highways) provides works and/or goods and/or services to National Highways. The use of the SEDPS is to further National Highways' commitment to social value, in support of National Highways Social Value Plan. The purpose of this notice is to inform the market that National Highways has extended the lifetime of the SEDPS for a further two years. The SEDPS will now expire on the 14th August 2028. We have enabled this DPS to allow our supply chain and other government departments to procure the Goods and/or Services that these organisations offer. The use of the SEDPS is to further National Highways' commitment to social value, in support of National Highways Social Value Plan. Print Solutions

NWUPC is establishing a DPS for the supply and provision of Print Solutions. NWUPC is managing this process on behalf of members of HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC & SUPC. The DPS is divided into categories, see II.B below. You can apply for a single Category or for multiple Categories. Deadline for receipt of initial DPS Application submissions- 8th September 2023 13:00 Evaluation of DPS Application submissions and post-submission clarifications (Initial establishment of the DPS)- 8th September 2023 - 22nd September 2023 Deadline for notification of successful admission to DPS (Initial establishment of the DPS)- 22nd September 2023 DPS Open for further competitions- 1st October 2023 DPS re-opens for the duration of the DPS for new requests to participate- 1st October 2023. This DPS will commence on 1/10/23 for 24 months until 30/09/25 with the option to extend for 12 months until 30/09/206 and a further 12 months until 30/09/27.
