We are looking to evaluate the West Yorkshire Anti-Social Behaviour Immediate Justice approach.   We are seeking to appoint an evaluation partner with previous experience in relation to Criminal Justice to research and evaluate the West Yorkshire approach to the ASB Immediate Justice Pilot.   A Government funded national evaluation of all ten ASB Immediate Justice Pilot2 sites is taking place.  However, the Mayor would like to undertake a local evaluation focussed on the West Yorkshire approach and learning.    We would like the questions to be answered in the local evaluation to be co-produced with the delivery partners.   The findings of the evaluation, both interim and final reports, will be shared with the following audiences.    The Mayor of West Yorkshire   Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime    Local Criminal Justice Board    Violence Reduction Partnership    West Yorkshire Police    ASB Steering Group members   ASB Immediate Justice delivery partners   Community Safety Partnerships    ASB Steering Group    The Home Office    DHLUC   Ipsos Mori (national evaluators)

Nominated Test Laboratory for the Assessment of Submissions of Chemical Irritant Sprays

Services: The Secretary of State for the Home Department (the 'Home Office') requires a test facility to conduct independent assessment of submissions of police chemical irritant sprays based on Pelargonic Acid Vanillylamide (PAVA) which will consist of a technical file review, conducting testing and reporting in accordance with Home Office Standard for Police chemical Irritant sprays: PAVA, Publication Number: 23/14 (here on in referred to as the Standard) and Home Office Certification for Police Chemical Irritant Spray: PAVA. Process and Guidance Document (here on in referred to as the Guidance Document). The test facility will act as the Nominated Test Laboratory (NTL) in accordance the Guidance Document. Procurement Process: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Home Office's e-Sourcing Portal (JAGGAER). To participate in this procurement, participants must first be registered on the e-Sourcing Portal.
