LiveWest are looking for LiveWest Homes Ltd (LiveWest) is looking to redevelop its land at Parkers Way, Totnes and seeks a design and build contractor for a redevelopment project. The redevelopment consists of a mixture of 1 beds, 2 beds and 3 beds units totalling up to 35 overall units. A detailed planning application has been submitted for demolition of 36 two/three bed flats and replaced with 35 new homes, consisting of one, two & three bed accommodation for social rent, as well as landscaping, car parking & associated works as planning application reference 3203/23/FUL.

HSE have a requirement to re-purpose an existing structure onsite for use as a façade fire test facility. The structure will be used for experimental projects studying fire spread over the external walls of buildings. Any type of façade construction may need to be tested and so the system has been designed to allow for this. The work required to achieve the objectives of this work, is to install a series of steel beams on to which standard sized fireboards can be attached. School Refurbishments Works: Voyage Learning Campus - Milton

North Somerset Council require a Principal Contractor to deliver refurbishment works at the Voyage Learning Campus - Milton, in Weston Super Mare to enhance the council's Alternative Provision and Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) support.
