Cyclical Decorations and Redecorations DPS

Procurement Assist Limited is seeking service providers to take part in tendering for a place on a 60 month Dynamic Purchasing System for Cyclical Decorations and Redecoration Work. The services will be split into 2 Categories, as follows: Category 1: Internal Preparation and Decoration Category 2: External Preparation and Decoration The DPS will be available for use by iFM Bolton and the whole public sector from across the United Kingdom. The DPS initial application period is 30 days. This DPS will close on 23 May 2020, but will reopen the following day, 24 May, and will remain open until 31 May 2029. Applications from service providers can be made at any time during this period. The DPS is intended to be a fast route to market for Clients, with Clients not needing any further engagement with OJEU procurement processes. Client access to DPS service providers will be via a quick further competition process, providing Clients with a compliant route to market. Procurement Assist is publishing this Notice of Amendment made pursuant to the original Notice 2020/S 080-189745 to extend the DPS to 31 May 2029. The remaining information in relation to this DPS is unchanged.

Painting and Decorating Framework

The University of Edinburgh wishes to appoint a Painting and Decorating Framework agreement for works across the estate. The Framework Agreement will include the entire University of Edinburgh estate together with other property owned, occupied or otherwise used by the University of Edinburgh. Lists of University of Edinburgh properties are provided within this Invitation to Tender. The University estate comprises a number of listed buildings. The quality of work delivered across the entire estate should meet specified standards at all times, but particular attention will be brought to the specification of maintenance work on a listed property. The framework agreement will operate under the Scotland (FA/Scot) 2014 Edition incorporating the Measured Term Contract for use in Scotland (MTC/Scot) 2019 Edition all as published by the Scottish Building Contract Committee. This Framework Agreement will be operational for a period of three plus one years. The Framework is tendered on behalf of The University of Edinburgh and all University of Edinburgh Subsidiary Companies. Any, and all, of The University of Edinburgh’s Subsidiary Companies may access and utilise this Framework at any time during the life of the agreement.
