This contract has been procured via a further competition exercise via the Leeds City Council - PACS (YORhub); Framework Agreement; Ref: CM143, Title: YORbuild3 Minor Works Contractors Framework Agreement West Area, Lot 2 - Building Works over 1 000 000 GBP up to 4 000 000 GBP. The contract is for building alterations to a newly acquired warehouse building; works will commence in April 2024 with completion expected in early November 2024.

Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
