G&R/HLN/Emergency Accommodation Framework

Bristol City Council in collaboration with South Gloucestershire Council intends to let an Open Framework for the provision of its Emergency Accommodation Service. 

The procurement process being used for this project is that of a revised Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), referred to as an "Open Framework".  The Open Framework will be open for tenderers to join throughout the life of the contract.

This process has been undertaken on a voluntary basis with the Services being exempt from Part 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 by virtue of Regulation 10(1)(a), but with a view to attracting as many Service Providers as possible.

Carmarthenshire County Council Localities Based Floating Support

Carmarthenshire County Council is developing a Framework for Housing Support Grant (HSG) funded Locality Based Floating Support. The Council is seeking up to 5 Providers who will work geographically to deliver tailored, person-centred, trauma informed support to meet the needs of the individual and prevent them from becoming homeless, stabilise their housing situation, or help them to find and keep accommodation. The Council may, from time to time, at its absolute discretion, undertake a renewal (Renewal) of this Contract during the Term. The Renewal may include, but shall not be limited to, varying the number, scope, extent and description of the Lots, Services and/or Charges (as the case may be), together with the appointment of additional (new) Suppliers.
