Description

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council has over 150 sites, with a variety of catering appliances, of varying size, type and complexity. The contract will cover the periodic inspection, servicing and maintenance  of catering equipment that are the responsibility of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, in order to meet its requirements under the following legislation/standards: The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations, Electricity at Work Act, The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations, Building Regulations Part J, Control of Pollution (Oil storage) Regulations 2001, and Environment Protection Act 1990.
