Description

MOPAC is seeking a Supplier to provide a dedicated IOM community mentoring service for male service users on community sentences, aiming to address their thinking, behaviour, and attitudes while also providing practical assistance. This comprehensive approach ensures a holistic focus on personal development and support. Through the mentoring process, individuals will be guided to identify, and challenge limiting beliefs, foster a growth mindset, refine decision-making skills, and build resilience, among other aspects. Additionally, the service will extend practical help to tackle various challenges service users may encounter, such as aiding with form fillings, job applications, attending appointments, creating bank accounts. Lived experience and relatability for mentors will be essential in engaging this group.
