Description

Arts Council England requires a national research partner to work with the Strategic Lead Partner's (SLPs) as the projects start delivery, support the SLP's with their action research and pull together key findings and learnings from each of the nine Artsmark Place Projects (APP) to help inform Artsmark development.  Full details of the requirements can be found in the tender documents.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

Provision of Planned Heritable Asset Valuations

The Scottish Police Authority (known as the “the Authority”) requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake planned heritable asset valuations of its properties - land, building and radio sites. This procurement will result in the appointment if a single Contractor. The successful contactor must provide valuers who are current, registered members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and all valuations must be carried out in full accordance with the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Valuation - Global Standards. The Authority is re-tendering this requirement to ensure the engagement of a competent and reliable provider. The estate comprises approximately 500 assets, covering operational and non-operational properties. The contract is expected to commence on 1st October 2025 for an initial period of three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods, subject to the Authority’s discretion.

Contract for services to evaluate the Office for Students regulation of quality

The Office for Students (OfS) is embarking on evaluating our approach to regulating and driving up quality. As part of a wider programme of evaluation activity, the OfS requires a contract with a single supplier to deliver evaluation services on a call-off basis. To establish a baseline, an initial piece of work will involve provider case studies and a provider survey. The case studies will give a deep exploration of providers’ understanding and engagement with the OfS’s current approach to regulating quality. The survey will expand on the case studies with a broad and representative understanding of the same issues. To understand the effect of changes to our current approach, we anticipate that there will be future work orders for further rounds of case studies, further repeated rounds of the survey, and other primary data collection may also be required.
