Wednesbury Town Centre Masterplan 
      
      Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary consultancy to prepare a Masterplan and vision to drive future development investment into Wednesbury town centre.
