UKRI have a requirement to appoint a supplier to develop on Phase 1 of the decarbonisation plan for STFC. 

Phase 2 will develop on Phase 1 in the following areas: Target setting and quantification to inform decision making and Governance.

Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD) is a Centre of Procurement Expertise (CoPE). It is responsible for disseminating advice and guidance on the direction and policies on public procurement to the Northern Ireland public sector and monitoring their implementation.
