Description

To facilitate and encourage hybrid working in the Civic a Transformation (Change) bid has been granted to reconfigure the layout of office accommodation in the Civic Centre in order to:
•	Carry out engagement with staff on the floor to ascertain their needs
•	Design a workspace environment to meet these needs 
•	Supply and fit the space with any power/ data, IT equipment, screening and furniture

Newcastle City Council has a duty under the Care Act 2014 and the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 to provide adaptations for qualifying residents, in households which are either: • owned by the Council, or • households in receipt of the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG).
