The Royal Parks is conducting an Early Market Engagement exercise prior to the Invitation to Tender for potential providers keen to submit a bid proposal to create an event which can operate up five days in Kensington Gardens. The contract period will be for up to 3+2 years, from 2025 to 2029, event held annually in the months of April or May. The Royal Parks is looking for a suitably qualified Event Organiser or suitable consortia to plan, promote and produce an annual event for Kensington Gardens, in return for paying The Royal Parks a hire fee upfront. Leicester City Council invites proposals from suitably qualified Funfair operators for a funfair - at Humberstone Gate West, Leicester LE1 3PH for its Tourism; Culture & Inward Investment Team. Other city centre sites may be considered in future years and during the life of the contract. City Centre funfairs are one of the focal points of the school holiday periods in Leicester each year (the tender documentation provides the dates) with Christmas having special themed attractions.
