Description

The council requires  support to ensure that the Energy from Waste plant is operating efficiently and in particular to complete outstanding work relating to Dilapadations work.  To act as  an expert engineer for the council in conversations, discussions, negotiations and legal action as and when necessary relating to dilapidations issues.  Assistance to complete Enhancement works.
