Description

NHSE requires two objectives to be delivered as a result of this contract. The first being the reporting of benefits and Key Performance Indicators to the senior executive team and Wayfinder programme. The reporting service will give the programme a detailed understanding of the usage of Wayfinder across the Trusts and PEPs, allowing comparison between Trusts around the use of Wayfinder features.

Secondly, the establishment and initial running of a PEP supplier onboarding function to significantly improve the current process and support suppliers throughout onboarding to Wayfinder. Developing and implementing a governance and structure and risk framework for managing suppliers.
