The Invitation to Tender (ITT) has been prepared by The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the “Authority”) for the appointment through competition of a suitably experienced and competent Contractor for delivery of Trust Capital Programme 2024 -2027 - Framework, P23 CWAS2/ProCure23 FW Lot1.1, in accordance with the specification and the form of contract provided.

National Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Void works (Regions)

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
