Description

The Council is seeking to appoint specialist consultants to undertake an update to the Strategic Flood Risk Assessment.  As well as informing the Castle Point Plan, it is expected that this review will be used to inform infrastructure planning and will be used to secure developer contributions and other sources of funding for flood risk management infrastructure.

We own and manage almost 9,000 homes in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire. The DPS will remain open for the full duration to allow for additional requests to participate.
