Description

Renewal of National Framework for the Supply of Electrosurgical Devices covering the following products to NHS Scotland either via
the NDC or direct to Health boards.
- Simultaneous Cut & Coagulation devices
- Uterine Ablation devices
It is expected that the annual value across all the lots will not exceed GBP 6M excluding VAT.

Electrosurgical Consumables and Related Accessories

For the full 48 month term (if extended) the anticipated value is around £56,320,000. The figures for the total estimated value are based on that initial expenditure and include a forecast for growth. Advanced Wound Care 2025

The scope of this Framework is to cover the appropriate range of products to help influence ideal wound healing environments. The products are used to provide pathogen-free protection and/or moisten areas for healing of wounds to occur as well as prevent infection and skin breakages including, but not limited to Hydrogels, Gelling Fibres and Alginates, Wound Contact Layers, Super Absorbent Dressings, Dressing Pads, Foam Dressings, Hydrocolloid Dressings, Non-Woven Island Dressings, IV Dressings, Film and Film Island Dressings, Burns and Scar Management, Speciality Wound Care, Wound Irrigation, Debridement, Adhesive Removers, Barrier Creams and Films, Compression Bandages and Medical Adhesive Tapes. It is anticipated that initial expenditure for this Framework will be circa £250,960,973 GBP in the first year of this Framework Agreement. If the Framework Agreement is extended to the maximum duration, the anticipated expenditure will be circa £1,003,843,892 GBP to £1,467,008,032 GBP. These are approximates only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the Framework Agreement
