Description

The Service to be provided by the Provider is the provision of a Housing Support Service, primarily for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
Lot 1 – Contract for Housing Support Services for Young Homeless Adults. This service will be delivered at two locations of 31 Argyle Street, Paisley PA1 2ES and Bruce Court, 43-45 Dundonald Road, Paisley PA3 4NB. The budget for this service is 281,057 GBP per annum.
Lot 2 – Contract for Housing Support Services for Single Homeless People and Families. This service will be delivered at two locations of 94 Paisley Road, Renfrew PA4 8HD and 5 Victoria Drive East, Renfrew PA4 8EZ. The budget for this service is 174,066 GBP per annum.

The Council is inviting tenders for the provision of Enforcement Agent Services in a concessionary contract arrangement, specifically to provide enforcement services in enviro-crimes. The service will deliver a cleaner environment with a focus on fly tipping and litter reductions in the borough. A key aspect of the service being ensuring those that commit enviro-crime are brought to account and realise that leaving waste in the open is more likely than not to result in enforcement action and that this is publicised to maximise the impact of the service. The services are required to be performed within the district for environmental offences by identifiable uniformed officer(s) trained to the minimum standards. The aims and objectives and service priorities of this contract are: • Issue Fixed Penalty Notices when offences are committed. • Ensure an effective billing and reminder process, with full support should cases require escalation as a result of non-payment. • Assist in the reduction of offences overall. • Payment of a percentage to the Council from the Fixed Penalty Notices issued.

Proactive Intervention Offer

Please note - this tender notice is not notifying a new procurement, it is an update to the following existing notice - Notice Identifier: 2025/S 000-014225. The purpose of this updated notice is solely to inform potential bidders of an extension to the submission deadline to 9th June at noon. Norfolk County Council wishes to commission an offer that provides targeted interventions that includes individuals aged 50 plus residing within the specified Health and Wellbeing Partnership area (on occasion younger people may be supported through this offer, where suitable). Individuals will have been proactively identified at a risk of falls and interventions should deliver outcomes around: a) Aging Well, including strength and mobility training, physical exercise and movement; b) Social connection, including participation in local community groups; c) Information and advice to support aging well, including managing money and accessing services. The Provider should plan to support approximately 800 people per year (per Health and Wellbeing Partnership) and must ensure they have the capacity to enable this.
