Description

The Scope of TPAM in the Long-term is to provide holistic Monitoring and Event Management Capability across both OT and IT Services. In the short to medium term (<12 Months) there is a business driver to mitigate the inherent risks to National Highways public reputation and quality of service in the management of critical roadside assets by establishing the foundations for effective Event Management that can be later scaled with confidence. We have identified the following business critical service lines and are concentrating efforts to design, build, test and integrate the capability with the wider Service Management function to ensure intelligent, intuitive information and data is presented to key consumers such as TOC and ROC.​
